13 Components of the Science Project Report

Successful science fair projects have one common thread, inquiry-based methodology. An attractive display board and a fluent oral presentation is necessary but doesn't mask the lack of content, appropriate experimentation, and thoroughly written research paper.  If  you are getting ready for a science fair, then here are the components that you need to include to have an outstanding project:

Note: Please adapt to suit your grade level if you are an elementary teacher. These are just recommended components.

I Abstract
  II  Problem Statement
III  Review of Literature (Research Paper)
  IV Hypothesis
   V Variables
  VI Data Collection Sheet
 VII Procedure
VIII Results or Analysis
   IX Chart
     X Graph
    XI Conclusion
XII Future Study & World Connection
 XIII Bibliography (5 or more!)
